Smoked Texas Brisket with Cowboy Beans and Corn

INGREDIENTS

1/4 Tray of Just Meats Smoked Texas Brisket

1 ear Corn

1 cup Cowboy Baked Beans

DIRECTIONS

STEP 1

Mix beans, ketchup, BBQ sauce, and onions in a pan, heat until bubbling.

STEP 2

Boil corn on the cob for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

STEP 3

Remove plastic from thawed Smoked Texas Brisket In a skillet, heat brisket with marinade for 2 minutes. Plate and serve!

Herb Roasted Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

1 Ciabatta bun

1/4 Tray of Herb Roasted Chicken Breast

1 tbsp Pesto

To taste Mozzarella cheese

1 handful arugula

To taste Parmesan cheese

1 splash Balsamic vinegar

DIRECTIONS
STEP 1

Slice the Ciabatta bun in half and spread pesto on both sides.

STEP 2

Chop Broccoli and green onions.

STEP 3

Add as many slices of Herb Roasted Chicken Breast as you desire. Top with mozzarella cheese, arugula, parmesan cheese and balsamic vinegar. Cut in half and enjoy!
