The Village Art Gallery Is Now Open For A Limited Time…

WHAT:

The Village of Rochester Hills, metropolitan Detroit’s premier outdoor lifestyle shopping and dining destination, was home to The Village Art Gallery since 2009. What started as a temporary Pop-Up store location turned into much more than that. Even though the store moved locations eight times throughout the 15 years, they stayed inside The Village of Rochester Hills where they became a beloved part of the shopping center.

The Village Art Gallery officially closed its doors in June of this year, but is happy to be back for a limited time to celebrate the holidays and provide handmade gifts for anyone on your shopping list. Their newest storefront can be found in the old Soft Surrounding location at 340 N. Adams Road.

The Village Art Gallery offers all handmade and hand embellished products, with nothing imported. In the store, customers can expect to see various pieces of art from 27 artists, many of whom have previously created pieces for the store as well as some new artists who are thrilled to display their artwork at the gallery.

The Village Art Gallery will be celebrating their return to The Village of Rochester Hills by offering customers some fun opportunities. During the Light The Village event on Friday, November 22, The Village Art Gallery will be offering light refreshments and will be hosting giveaways for some stunning pieces of art. On Saturday, November 23 at 12:30pm they will be hosting a free painting demonstration by artist Joe Cilluffo.

Make The Village of Rochester Hills your go-to destination this holiday season. Starting Friday, November 22, 2024 through Christmas Eve, The Village will be offering FREE events all season long, including seasonal music from local carolers, reindeer visits, and free weekly walk-up visits to see Santa.

With over 50 unique and sought-after retailers, including Von Maur, lululemon, Woodhouse Day Spa, and Barnes & Nobles, guests can find something for everyone on their shopping list. The Village also offers a collection of restaurants like The Jackson, Pokeworks, Kruse & Muer, and P.F. Chang’s that offer dine in and carry out options, and are sure to satisfy hungry holiday shoppers.

The beautifully decorated 375,000 square foot outdoor shopping center will offer extended shopping hours through the holiday season. The Village is conveniently located at 104 N. Adams Road at the corner of Adams and Walton, in Rochester Hills. All holiday festivities are free and open to the public. For a full list of events, visit TheVORH.com.
