When you think of protein powder, is there a specific brand that comes to mind? I have tried a variety of products in the past and wasn’t really impressed as I feel it contained more ingredients that are bad for you rather than good for you, example? Sugar!

Anything that helps muscles, bones, along with joints, hair, skin, AND nails, is pretty amazing in my book. It’s hard to find supplements that cover these areas effectively in one product.
