Motor City Comic Con Announces “SCREAM” Cast Members Matthew Lillard, Skeet Ulrich, & Jamie Kennedy to Join November Show!

Michigan’s Largest Pop Culture Event Will Take Place November 14-16, 2025, at the Suburban Collection Showplace!
NOVI, MI (August 14 , 2025) – Motor City Comic Con (MC3), is Michigan’s largest and longest running pop culture convention since 1989 and hosts this iconic event twice a year, each Spring and Fall. Motor City Comic Con is taking place November 14-16, 2025, at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, MI. This event is known as one of the premier conventions in the United States and the ultimate destination for all things pop culture, entertainment, and the celebration of creativity. Motor City Comic Con is also pleased to announce that Scream Actors Matthew Lillard, Skeet Ulrich, and Jamie Kennedy will be in attendance during the November show.
Lillard is best known for his roles as Stu Macher in Scream,
and voicing Shaggy Rogers in Scooby-Doo. Ulrich is known for his roles in popular films like Scream where he played Billy Loomis and Chris Hooker in The Craft. He played FP Jones in the TV Series Riverdale and Jake Green in the series Jericho. Kennedy is an actor and comedian known best for his roles as Randy Meeks in the Scream film series, and in his own reality show The Jamie Kennedy Experiment.

Motor City Comic Con will feature some of the largest actors from television,
movies, and streaming platforms, along with the most creative artists, writers, and comic book creators in the industry. Throughout the three-day weekend celebrity and comic guests participate in autographs and photo opportunities with attendees, for additional fees. Some celebrities will have presales for autographs and photo ops available on the website and some celebrity guests will have those opportunities available on site at the convention as well. Attendees can also participate in various panel discussions, attractions, events, and explore various exhibitors. Artists, writers, and illustrators will also be featured throughout Artist Alley over the three-day convention. In addition, there will be crafters that will have extraordinary gifts, crafts, and replicas available, and some of the largest comic book and multimedia dealers from across the country that offer a variety of merchandise including comics, toys, art, unique jewelry, clothing, memorabilia and much more! Fans can also expect the traditional favorites such as Cosplay Contests and kid-friendly activities, along with many more events and activities to be announced soon.
Registration is now open for Motor City Comic Con guests looking to participate in the annual Adult Cosplay Contest which will be taking place on Saturday, November 15 at 5:30pm. This contest is for interested adults . Those wishing to participate must register in advance at MotorCityComicCon.com/Attractions-Events as spacing is limited and will fill up. The Children’s Cosplay Contest will take place on Sunday, November 16. There is no advance registration or entrant fee required for the children’s cosplay contest.

Online sales will end at 8:00am each day, November 14-16. After 8:00am tickets will need to be purchased at the box office.
Wristbands
Motor City Comic Con has an additional convenience feature for guests who want to bypass the event entry ticket lines and get into the convention faster, by having their MC3 wristband shipped or picked up in advance. For a $15 shipping fee, wristbands can be delivered in the weeks leading up to the convention, anywhere within the continental U.S. VIP Wristband shipping is included if purchased prior to October 19, 2025. The deadline for the shipping option is Sunday, October 19, 2025, at 11:59pm EST. MC3 wristbands are also available for early pick up, free of charge. Pick up along with purchasing wristbands will be available at the box office at the Suburban Collection Showplace, Monday, November 10 – Wednesday, November 12 from 12:00pm-8:00pm, each day.
