ARMADA, Mich. – Nov. 2025 – The holidays come alive at Blake’s Orchard & Cider Mill with twinkling lights, festive flavors, and classic traditions for the whole family. From cozy igloos and a cheerful 5K to Santa visits and handmade crafts, Blake’s invites guests to make memories that last all season long.

Holiday-themed Events and Activities:

U-Cut and Pre-Cut Christmas Trees: Nov. 21 – Dec. 23 at Blake’s Orchard and Cider Mill, Blake’s Backyard, and Blake’s Lyon Township

Start or continue a family tradition with Blake’s Christmas tree experience. Choose your own tree from our 100-acre tree farm or pick from a wide selection of pre-cut varieties. Free saws and wagon rides are available as well as tree cleaning and wrapping services. Varieties include Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir, Blue Spruce, White Spruce, Balsam Fir, Concolor Fir, and Scotch Pine. Note: Blake’s Lyon Township and Blake’s Backyard only offer pre-cut trees.

Blake’s Holiday Extravaganza: Nov. 22 – 23, Nov. 28 – 30 at Blake’s Orchard and Cider Mill (Tree Lighting Ceremony Nov. 22)
Step into a world of holiday magic at Blake’s annual Holiday Extravaganza. Stroll beneath sparkling lights, shop local artisan goods, and find the perfect Christmas tree, wreath, or décor to bring the season home. Enjoy carolers, kids’ crafts, and festive fun throughout two weekends. The celebration peaks with the annual tree lighting ceremony at 6 PM on Nov. 22. Hours are 10 AM – 6 PM on Nov. 22 and 11 AM – 5 PM on all other dates.

Blake’s Holiday Hustle 5K Run and Walk: Nov. 22 at Blake’s Orchard and Cider Mill
Dash through Blake’s enchanted tree farm at this spirited 5K! Participants receive a commemorative long-sleeve shirt, holiday ornament, donut, and cider (sweet or hard cider). Prizes will be awarded. Register at blakefarms.com. The cost is $45 per participant now through Nov. 21 and $50 on Nov. 22. The race begins at 9:30 AM.

Santa Experience: Nov. 22 – 23, Nov. 28 – 30, and every Saturday and Sunday in December before Christmas at Blake’s Orchard and Cider Mill
Capture precious memories with Santa this season. Guests are invited to take their own photos with Santa, write a letter and send it to the North Pole, and select a special toy. NEW for 2025 Santa’s Workshop – a festive waiting area filled with games, toys, and holiday cheer to keep kids entertained before their visit. Admission is $19.95 for children ages three and up, and $7.95 for adults. Entry includes a make-and-take craft, donut, and cup of sweet cider or hot chocolate. Hours are 11 AM – 4 PM (last ticket at 3:30 PM).

Photos with Santa: Nov. 28 – 30, Dec. 6 – 7, 13, and 20 – 21 at Blake’s Lyon Township
Stop by for free photos with Santa and Mrs. Claus against a festive backdrop. Be sure to bring your own camera as there will not be a professional photographer on site. Explore Blake’s selection of holiday gifts, pre-cut trees, and seasonal décor. RSVP free online.

Grinch Make & Take Workshop: Dec. 6 – 7 at Blake’s Orchard and Cider Mill
Join the Grinch for a fun and festive workshop where kids can create their own Grinch-themed craft to take home. Admission is $19.95 for children three and up, and $7.95 per adult. Kids two and under are free. Entry includes photos with the Grinch, fun holiday crafts, coloring pages, cider, and donuts.  Four workshops will be offered each day at 10 AM, 10:30 AM, 1 PM, and 2:30 PM.

NEW Blake’s Holiday Book Fair: Dec. 14 at Blake’s Backyard
Get ready to mix holiday cheer with your favorite reads at Blake’s Boozy Book Fair: Holiday Edition! Whether you’re shopping for the perfect gift, treating yourself to a new read, or just here for the cozy vibes and cocktails, this is the ultimate holiday hangout for book lovers with a buzz. Hours are 11 AM – 5 PM. Cost is $10 per ticket.

Food and Beverage:

Brunch Is Back: Starting Nov. 8 at Blake’s Tasting Room
Enjoy a delicious weekend brunch buffet featuring a variety of Blake’s favorite dishes to signature Cidermosas, and handcrafted cocktails. Pricing is $26.95 for adults, $10.95 for children 12 and under. Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM – 3 PM.

Igloo Dining: Nov. 21 – March 1 at Blake’s Tasting Room and Blake’s Backyard
Escape the chill and dine inside a private and festive heated igloo while enjoying cider, cocktails, and seasonal favorites. Igloos seat up to 10 guests and require a reservation and a $15 non-refundable deposit. Make reservations at blakefarms.com.

Thanksgiving Pies: All Locations, Pre-Order by Nov. 23
Let Blake’s handle dessert this year with fresh or frozen pies ready to serve or bake at home. Pre-order by Nov. 14 to save $4 per pie, or by Nov. 23 to save $2 per pie. Flavors include Dutch Apple, Pumpkin, Cherry, and more. Try the NEW Pie Sampler Box – four 6-inch pies and a half gallon of sweet cider for $44.95 (fresh only). Available at all Blake’s locations. Brunch with Santa: Dec. 21 at Blake’s Backyard
Enjoy a magical brunch and meet & greet with Santa. Don’t forget your camera! Delicious brunch favorites will be offered, along with cheerful décor, and holiday fun for the whole family, including holiday activities and festive music. Pricing: $34.95 for adults, $20.95 for children 12 and under. Brunch is served from 9 AM – 2 PM. Reservations are required.
