Busch’s Fresh Food Market Kicks Off Thanksgiving Entertaining with Holiday Meals and New Prepared Dishes for you Holiday Table!
Customers can sample side dishes, meats and cheeses at in-store holiday tasting event Nov.15-16
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (Nov. 2025) – Busch’s Fresh Food Market, a family-owned supermarket chain in south-east Michigan, is launching its holiday season with a new holiday beef tenderloin meal, new side dish recipes and a holiday taste-testing event in all 16 stores from noon to 4 p.m. on Nov. 15-16. The new sides include creamed corn and whipped sweet potatoes with a praline topping. Also new this year will be homestyle side dish bundles for hosts who prefer to prepare the main dish but don’t want to spend too many hours in the kitchen. Customers choose four 3-lb side dishes which serve 6-8 people and the bundle includes nine potato snowflake rolls. Finishing on a sweet note, new special desserts have been introduced: chocolate raspberry tart, apple tart and fruit-topped cheesecake. For a copy of Busch’s holiday meal brochure click here.
“This year we are excited to share some of our holiday menu with a preview taste-testing for customers showcasing some or our side dishes, meats and shrimp, and new cheeses,” said Busch’s Director of Food Service Joanne Zlotorzynski. “Many of our side dishes are house-made and prepared to our very own Busch’s recipes, including our delicious apple almond stuffing and sage brush stuffing. Our meals offer all the favorite tastes families love, and for all size of gatherings.”
Thanksgiving meals, which include three sides, potato snowflake rolls, gravy where appropriate and cranberry relish for the turkey, are:
- Boneless turkey breast meal for 3-5 people
- Classic turkey meal for 6-8 people
- Spiral sliced ham meal for 6-8 people
- Beef tenderloin meal for 6-8 people
The new beef tenderloin meal now replaces the prime rib meal of previous years. Prime rib had to be cooked by customers, while the beef tenderloin is fully cooked by sous vide which makes it more convenient. Prime rib will, however, still be available at meat counters for pre-order.
“Gathering of family and friends at this special time of year shouldn’t be stressful and we are here to help, offering delicious dishes from the finest ingredients that you can be proud to serve at your holiday table,” added Zlotorzynski.
