Transform Your Child’s Spending Habits with Kids’ Budget Worksheets!
Kids are never too young to learn how to manage money, whether it’s through earned allowances or side jobs for friends, family, or neighbors. When I started homeschooling my girls back in the day, money lessons didn’t seem important when they were young, but, truth be told, if we teach them early, they will develop a strong money sense and strong money management skills later.
Now that 2/3 of my girls are adults, they are proving to have financial skill sets that will stick with them the rest of their lives. It’s a great feeling!
I recently put together some kids’ budget worksheets that I think parents will appreciate. I believe they will indeed help transform your child’s spending habits; however, consistency is key. It’s easy to download and print and never really give it a second thought. Trust me, I’ve been there. But if there is a scope and purpose to the printables, you and your child will be able to engage efficiently together and can even make it exciting and something to look forward to.
What’s included in the kids’ budget worksheets?
I am so glad you asked. The worksheets include:
- A monthly budget sheet/Income/Expenses
- Savings Challenge sheet/Save Now, Buy Later
- Save/Share/Spend Sheet (Tracker)
- Category Sheet (Tracker)
Why aren’t the worksheets free?
Excellent question, as we all look for free printables from time to time; however, these aren’t your everyday printables (bright, cheery, and motivating). A lot of work was put into them, and it can also be a tool to use with the kids, which is purchasing the download together. And we all know that once we pay for something we are interested in, we don’t want to waste the value. That’s definitely throwing money away and goes against what you are teaching here with the worksheets. Does that make sense? I definitely hope so. 😉
With that said, feel free to purchase the downloads below. More details are included, such as the refund policy, etc.
