Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn’t have overripe bananas looking at them on their kitchen counter?  I know I sure do!  This is a great way to use up those bananas and I guarantee your family will love these moist cookies!

Here are the ingredients:

2 cups white unbleached flour

1/2 cup wheat flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp baking soda

1 cup organic cane sugar

2/3 cup butter, softened

2 farm fresh eggs

1 tsp pure vanilla

1 cup mashed bananas

1 1/2 cups semisweet mini chocolate chips

Preheat over to 400 degrees.  Grease cookie sheets or line sheets with parchment paper.  Combine flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda together and set aside.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.  Beat in eggs and vanilla.  Mix in the mashed bananas.  Add flour mixture and stir until combined.  Stir in chocolate chips.  Drop by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.
