Who doesn’t love granola? I sure do….especially granola that isn’t too sweet. This recipe is perfect to have with milk and fruit or yogurt. It seems to fill you up and keep the tank full. Great for breakfast or snack time before bed. Enjoy!

Ingredients

1 cup water
¼ cup brown cane sugar
¼ cup coconut oil
6 cups oats
½ cup flaxseed
½ cup quinoa
½ cup chopped raw almonds
½ tsp cinnamon

Directions

Warm water, sugar and oil in crock pot for 30 minutes on high.

Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook on high. Stir every half hour for 2-3 hours so granola will not stick to the sides and burn.

*Can substitute other ingredients if some aren’t to your liking. This is a pretty forgiving recipe.
