Here is a SUPER easy granola recipe that is great with milk or can be added to yogurt for a great breakfast or snack. It also makes your house smell awesome when it’s cooking.
Apple Cinnamon Granola
3 ½ cups rolled oats
¾ cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 pure maple syrup
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in one bowl. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 22 minutes. Pull out and stir and place back in oven for 15 minutes or until crispy. Garnish with your favorite fruit and you are good to go!
