Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes by Younique {Review}
I received a full sample of Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes by Younique in exchange for this review. All opinions expressed here are honest and my own.
Have you ever heard of Younique? It is a direct sales company that offers an amazing array of cosmetics ranging from 3D Fiber Lashes (which I am going to share my experience with you) to skin care.
Jaclyn Doerr, an Independent Presenter of Younique offered me a sample of the Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes to review here on Michigan Mom Living. I jumped on board immediately as I have thin and small lashes due to my small eyes, lol. Even when I apply mascara it just doesn’t do it enough for me to be satisfied. Let me just say, Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes is amazing!
Let me take you through my experience to give you an idea of how Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes actually works.
I took a picture of my eyes without any eye makeup as you can see in the pic below. Sorry for the crazy shot of my eyes, I did my best. Definitely not use to doing this.
TIP #1: Eyelashes must be dry before applying the 3D Fiber Lashes.
As you can see in the pic above I have not an ounce of eye makeup on. You can barely see my lashes as I said previously, they are very thin.
Here is the Younique 3D Fiber Lashes case below. Upon opening it, there is an insert with directions on how to properly apply the product.
Tip #2: Be sure to apply one eye at a time for effective results.
Inside of the case there is a transplanting gel and natural fibers. ”
“The set is a new eyelash enhancing duo that provides a 300% increase in thickness and volume to your lashes while still looking completely real and natural.”
I love how the natural fiber ingredients are 100% natural green tea fibers and the transplanting gel ingredients are water, beeswax, collagen, etc.
Here is what the transplanting gel looks like. It’s basically a clear gel with a mascara type brush.
Here is what the natural fibers looks like. Just a thin brush to apply the fibers.
Tip #3: You can apply Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes as much as you want. Just be careful not to apply too many fibers in one step as the fibers will fall to your cheeks.
Now it’s time to apply.
1. Apply a thin layer of your favorite mascara on each eye. Make sure the mascara is fully dry before applying the enhancing duo.
2. Apply a thin coat of Transplanting Gel on the lashes. (Again do one eye at a time.)
3. Immediately, before the gel has time to dry, apply fibers onto lashes. This is where the magic happens.
4. Seal the fibers with another coat of Transplanting Gel.
5. Repeat as many times as you would like.
And that’s it! Super easy. I was so impressed what the 3D Fiber Lashes did for my thin eyelashes. My hubby and kids were even impressed. Here are my results below. You can actually see that I have lashes. Haha! I took the picture of my eyes before applying the rest of my eye makeup (eyeliner and eyeshadow) so you can actually see the results.
I really love how it has enhanced my overall eye makeup look. I have been using it the past couple of days. The first day was for a hot date with my hubby, hehe.

A big thank you goes to Jaclyn for allowing me the opportunity to try out Moonstruck 3D Fiber Lashes. I absolutely love it!
I’ve heard a lot of hype about this lately and I’ve been wanting to try it. I’m glad to see you do this review because I know these images are not photo shopped and I trust your reviews. 🙂 You sold me, Lindsey. Thanks!
Awww, thanks Kerri! Yes, I am very pleased with what it did for my lashes. Pretty cool stuff!
Looks nice! I will have to check these out.
I’ve been wanting to try those out! Although I have fairly long lashes they aren’t as full as I’d like them to be. Those turned out great!
I keep hearing about this and want to check it out!
Hi! I’d be glad to help you out 🙂
I have heard good things about this and a friend actually sells it, I don’t know what I am waiting for!
I keep hearing about Younique, but honestly I’m not much of a fussy makeup person. However…WOW! That looks amazing! What I want to know is…did the fibers stay put, and how do you remove them and was it easy? (sorry if I missed that in your review, it’s late and I can hardly see straight!)
Thanks so much! It amazingly stays put all day without any issues and washes off easily with any makeup remover or even gentle soap and water.
Your result are amazing!! So glad you loved this magical mascara 🙂 ladies if you dont have a personal Younique Presenter, I’ll be glad to be yours 🙂 Like Lindsey posted my website is: http://www.youniqueproducts.com/Jaclyn 🙂 please contact me. I have a hostess incentive for having an online lash session!
