Did you wake up with a stuffy nose this morning?  How about some Peppermint Essential Oil to alleviate this symptom?

It works fantastically in our household.  I am pleasantly surprised!  I actually, just the other day, had a scratchy throat and an annoying case of the sneezes.  Curious, I took a drop of Peppermint and placed it on my tongue.  I put my tongue to the roof of my mouth then swallowed.  Within 20 minutes or so I noticed my throat wasn’t scratching anymore and I wasn’t sneezing or anything. My nose was clear and I could breathe freely.  I am guessing it was due to the Peppermint Essential Oil! I am very excited.

I am also learning of the many benefits and uses of Peppermint Oil and that it indeed does go a long way.

What exactly can Peppermint do for our bodies besides relieving allergy and cold symptoms?

  • 1 drop can in tea can aid in healthy digestion
  • Several drops on the bottom of the feet can reduce a fever.  (Looking forward to giving this a shot in the event fevers arise.)
  • 1 drop to the temples can alleviates headaches

and more.  I am still learning about all the benefits the best that I can.  It’s always nice to have these oils around for every day health supplements.

Even though I became a wholesale member for Young Living, ( I am not on the business end), I am also open to trying other brands of oils.  I think my favorite though may be Young Living as I love their diffusers and of course love the discounts.  I guess you can say I am not limited to just one brand.  If I was in business that would be different, but I definitely have an open mind.
