Spring Reading for Kids

Is your child not a big fan of reading? For some children it can be like pulling teeth just to get them to read a book. Many children need motivation and even incentives to pull them through. My nephew is an example of this. He absolutely hates reading and thinks that it is boring. His parents use the Pizza Hut Book It Program to help him with his reading. It does seem to be helping out a bit, but what about books that children would be interested in reading in? Sometimes you have to follow a book list for school purposes, but what about free reading? Maybe let them choose their interests at the library to help spark curiosity.

Since spring is finally here, here are some fun reading ideas to help your child happily get on the reading bandwagon…Keep in mind this could be activities and project ideas as well:
