DIY Science Fun for Kids

Does your child love to create?  Do you have a mad scientist in the making?  There are so many fun DIY science activities  for kids to explore and it’s easy and doesn’t require many materials or ingredients.

Homemade Silly Putty:

This is a classic but so fun to make.  All you need is:   4 oz. bottle of Elmer’s glue or any school glue,  1 tsp. of Borax,  4. oz. of water

Only 3 ingredients, simple right?  All you do next is mix 1 to 1 mixture of glue and water stir glue and water together until completely mixed. Dissolve the Borax in 4 oz. of warm water then pour and mix into glue mixture.  Pick it up and squish around.  Kids love this!
