My Halloween Savings at DOLLAR GENERAL

My Halloween Savings at DOLLAR GENERAL

I received gift cards ($20 value) to DOLLAR GENERAL in exchange for this post.  All opinions expressed here are honest and my own.

Have you ever shopped at DOLLAR GENERAL?  I’ve been there a few times and they have some pretty remarkable deals on well-known products.  I was very excited to receive a couple of gift cards to use towards their Halloween items and here is what I found:

  • 3 Trick-0r-Treat Bags $1.50 each
  • Bags of Candy $5 each
  • Pumpkin scented and Candied Maple Sugar Candles $1 each
  • Halloween Body and Hair Glitter $2.25
  • Pillsbury Halloween Cake Mix and Frosting $1.75 and $1.25
  • Baking Cups $1

My girls love their trick-or-treat bags.  They are ready for Trunk or Treat at a friend’s church on the 31st!  My little 9-year-old baker is ready to bake these scrumptious cupcakes.  Aren’t the baking cups adorable?  Can’t wait to nibble on these.

Candy, candy, and MORE candy!  If you are wanting to stock up on your favorite goodies, DOLLAR GENERAL has got you covered.  It was really hard to pick up only 2 bags to start.  They are hiding in our pantry.  Out of sight and out of mind from this chocolate freak.  Oh dear, I guess it’s not out of mind now. HA! Will power. I’ve got this. 😉

Do you love autumn candle scents?  I found these cute little candles: Creamy Pumpkin Pie and Candied Maple Sugar.  Our home is smelling pretty awesome right now.  Love it! And yes, can’t forget the glitter spray though be advised not to use near an open flame eh hem…candles. 😉  I grabbed this last second for my girls costumes.  Well, two out of three costumes. A princess and a fairy.  So fun.
