Sixth Annual Community Health Fair Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at the Historic Detroit Eastern Market

Central City Integrated Health, along with partners, is sponsoring the Sixth Annual Community Health Fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at the historic Detroit Eastern Market. Partners include Third Circuit Mental Health Court, Detroit Wayne Mental Health Authority and Wayne County Department of Health Veterans and Community Wellness-Community Corrections Division.

The Community Health Fair, a free, annual event that aims to raise health awareness, includes a number of vendors that provide basic health screenings, immunizations and blood pressure checks. A variety of information booths, focusing on health-related programs, services and providers in the community will also be on display. This year’s event will include organizations giving 15-minute presentations showcasing their health programs.
