Do you love a nice hot latte but hold off due to heavy sugar and calories? Yep, me too. My weakness? Starbucks and any latte will do if I find myself in there. Yikes!

I recently purchased a healthier version, a Keto version. I was leery at first, but I’m glad I tried it. Have you heard of Keto Matcha Ginseng Latte? Sounds really healthy right? Guess what? It is! But, you may be wondering does it actually taste good? Personal opinion? Yes, it’s great, I love it and actually didn’t think that I would. I mean a healthy latte? Do those even go together?

The latte mix pairs great with coconut milk or almond milk. I am not a huge fan of either so I stick with low fat milk and it was still fantastic. I may still go purchase some coconut milk to give it a shot. I’m guessing it’s going to taste maybe more amazing….I’m always about “don’t knock it until you try it.” You just never know.

Some of you may wonder if I am on the Keto diet. Not fully, no! I do eat healthy, but love trying healthier options from time-to-time to include into my diet. It’s nice mixing up and trying different healthy flavors, recipes, etc.  I’m not one to just stick with the same healthy recipe. It gets boring, wouldn’t you agree? I’m even getting this way about my beverages whether hot or cold.

In case you are wondering, here are some of the main ingredients for the latte mix:

  • Monk Fruit Sweetener
  • Ginseng Root Powder
  • Vegetable Fiber
  • Matcha

Along with other natural flavors, etc.

I’m actually about to make me a mug of this latte goodness right now! It’s great drinking something that you know has health benefits vs empty calories, sugar, etc!

I’m looking forward to reviewing another healthy product next month, stay tuned!!
