After growing up and marrying an active-duty military service member, Liz Marie was quickly thrown out of her comfort zone and relocated to North Carolina surrounded by strangers from all walks of life. The only familiar thing she knew was her husband (Jose) who would leave for more than 6 months at a time. Liz Marie had to find her new coziness, which in turn made her focus on interior design to create the cozy she was missing. She then created cozy spaces in her rented townhouse, which took her mind off of her deployed husband and far away friends and incorporating DIY projects which evolved her new book.
Along with Liz Marie’s 100 way to love the feeling of being home, she shares beautiful house and garden photography to really put the reader in the moment of the cozy feel.
