5 Ways to Have Cozy Winters in Michigan

As Michiganders, we have the advantages of all 4 seasons: winter, spring, summer, and fall! While my favorites are summer and fall, there are times I just love those cozy winters right here in our state even if it means getting snowed in…SNOW DAY!

What are some ways to add some extra coziness to your winter? Here are 5 things that would make it even better:

5 Winter Ideas

  1. Foot Warmers
  2. Heated Hoodies
  3. Electric Gloves
  4. Battery Heated Socks
  5. Heated Pants

Wow, right? I’ve heard of foot warmers and heated gloves, but have not considered there to be heated hoodies or heated pants. As I type this (up north at our cabin in the woods), with snow falling down pretty steadily, those do sound pretty great. They even sound great outdoors when playing in the snow. Yes, please!

My idea of a cozy winter is to be curled up on the couch with hot tea, foot warmers, and my trusty heated blanket. While we do have heat in our cabin, there is just something special about those winter warmth extras. Who is with me on that one?

I was recently introduced to a site, believe it or not, Cozy Winters, who offers amazing products to keep you cozy this winter season. They have all the things I mentioned and much more! You can even keep your family dog or cat warm with their heated doghouses and heated cat beds. Wow! Any pet parents out there??

I think my favorite as to be their heated socks. Those look pretty awesome and may make amazing Christmas gifts this season. Perfect even for the athlete in your life! Who loves skiing and snowboarding?

  1. I am a lover of all things cozy too! Your post made me miss the snow and Midwestern winters of my childhood. It’s not as cold in Ireland, but the dampness here makes the cold go straight through.

    1. Hello! Thanks for your kind comment. Wow you are all the way from Ireland? That’s amazing. It’s so beautiful there just in pictures I have seen. Would love to visit one day. Awesome!!
