1. Chest Pain
If you watch a lot of movies, then you may think that having a heart attack means that you fall to the ground clutching your chest. Unfortunately, this is not how they usually happen.
The symptoms can occur slowly, and they can come on over a period of time. Some of the signs that you should be looking out for include an uncomfortable amount of pressure as well as pain in the middle of your chest. This may last for a couple of minutes, or it may come and go.
You may also experience symptoms in your neck or in your arm. Women are more likely to experience symptoms such as shortness of breath or even vomiting.
2. Poor Hearing
If you have sudden hearing loss, then this is not normal at all. It is imperative that you get the issue sorted out as soon as possible because if you don’t, then you may find that you end up experiencing long-term consequences.
If you can, it is important to look out for the signs of tinnitus so you can make sure that you are not experiencing an issue that can in fact be solved with some basic treatment.
3. Really Bad Headaches
Did you know that around half of the world’s population suffers from a headache disorder? This equates to a lot of headaches. Trying to sort the dangerous headaches from the ones that are minor can be difficult for a physician.
There are some red flags that you need to look out for, such as if you have neck stiffness, a change in your personality, or even loss of function in one side of your body.
If this is the case then it is so important that you have a chat with your doctor because only they can tell you if your headache is serious enough for you to get checked out.
