The co-founders of holistic wellness company Live Well Lead Well, Melissa Coulier and Melanie Samuels will host a fun, engaging, interactive wellness experience for children, Mighty Leader & Little Leader event, centered around their inspiring story, “Emma The Mighty Leader.”

“Emma the Mighty Leader” follows a young bird on a vibrant journey to discover what it means to live well and lead with confidence. Through her adventures, Emma learns valuable life lessons on self-care, resilience, kindness, and strength—building blocks for becoming a future leader!  As Mel and Mel read the book, they will lead kids in activities that will focus on stretching, mindfulness, and breathwork.  This special experience is designed to empower kids helping them grow into strong, confident leaders.
