Gardner White Brings Comfort to All Detroit Fire Department Battalions in Celebration of 313 Day

In celebration of “313 Day” and to show appreciation to the heroes of the Detroit Fire DepartmentGardner White is gifting and delivering recliners to all eight Detroit Fire Department Battalions throughout the city on Thursday, March 13, also known as “313 Day” in Detroit. Gardner White will be delivering two popular triple power Celeste Recliners by Southern Motion to each of the eight battalions to thank the hard working first responders of the Detroit Fire Department, and to provide comfort to the firehouse space.

“In recognition of 313 Day, we are honored to provide a gift of comfort to the brave men and women of the Detroit Fire Department, whose dedication ensures the safety of our city,” said Rachel Stewart, CEO of Gardner White. “Our hope is that these recliners offer a well-deserved moment of comfort and relaxation to the first responders who tirelessly protect and serve the community.”

Gardner White recently announced it will open a new store this spring, GW HOME, at 1201 Woodward Ave in Detroit, directly across from Hudson’s Detroit. Occupying three stories totaling approximately 15,000 square feet of store space, GW HOME will offer a custom curated selection of stylish furniture, home décor, art, accessories and gift offerings.
