Cibo’s Executive Chef Rich has created a new brunch menu that includes a fabulous mixture of lunch and breakfast items that embrace the need for both savory and sweet dishes. Start the day off with a signature hand-made cocktail like a Smoked Cinnamon Delight or a Lovely Day before sharing the Espresso Cinnamon Roll with the table.  Cibo offers a unique take on your customary brunch dishes, including the Breakfast Toast with focaccia, sausage gravy, scrambled egg, bacon, cheese, caramelized onion, and hollandaise and their Flank Steak Benedict which includes a marinated, grilled, and sliced thin flank steak, focaccia, poached eggs, hollandaise, Chile crips, and breakfast potatoes. They also feature a Fried Chicken and a Biscuit dish which is complete with sausage gravy, Calabrian Chile honey, and chives. For guests looking for a sweet treat, The Cibo Croiffle is the perfect option. The Cibo Croiffle is a combination between a Croissant and a Waffle topped with fresh strawberry, strawberry coulis, balsamic glaze and mascarpone crème.
