“Our pub-style cod dinner has become a guest favorite during Lent,” said Joanne Zlotorzynski, director of food services at Busch’s Fresh Food Market. “It features two pieces of golden fried cod served with creamy coleslaw, crispy potato wedges, sweet corn hushpuppies – back by popular demand – and our house-made tartar sauce. For families looking for a lighter option, our new seasonal salmon offering is a delicious choice.”
