Beef Stroganoff over Noodles Recipe

Here’s a simple easy Beef Stroganoff recipe! Can be prepared ahead and then finished off in the crockpot. Love easy recipes! Enjoy!
Ingredients
3 cups beef bone broth
2 lbs grass fed chuck roast beef cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt and pepper
3 tbs extra-virgin olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbs sour cream
1 tbs mustard
1 package of wide noodles (Amish preferred)

Directions
Heat oil in a large heavy bottomed skillet until browned on all sides. Add onions and cook until they are soft. Transfer beef into a crockpot. Salt and pepper as needed. Add beef bone broth and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
When meat is done, add sour cream and mustard.
