Spring is sure having a tough time getting here, so we are STILL hooked on soups.  Give this easy recipe a try!  My family LOVES it!

1 pound lean grass-fed beef, diced

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 ribs celery chopped

2 medium carrots chopped

1 large potato diced

3/4 cup barley

6 cups Beef Bone Broth

Salt and pepper to taste

In a frying pan, add beef and veggies.  Cook until meat is browned – 10 or so minutes.  In the meantime, add broth and barley to your crock pot and turn on high.  Once meat is browned, add to crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Soup then can be ready whenever you are ready to eat!  Enjoy!
