Each section shows pictures and detailed instructions how to complete a skill or trick. Since my middle daughter (Soon-to-be-8) absolutely loves to jump rope, she was pretty excited about this book and quickly went outside with it as soon as it arrived. LOL!
Because she is an overachiever, she had hoped to learn the skills and tricks right away. She had to learn real fast that it definitely takes practice.
