I just had the wonderful opportunity to review Little Elliot Big City by Mike Curato along with my four year old son, Evan. Both he and I enjoyed the 32 page picture book with its simplicity and beautiful illustrations. This adorable book captures the importance of having a good friend. Little Elliot, the little polka-dotted elephant, has many challenges to encounter but realizes it’s the little things that count.
This book is published by Henry Hold Books for Young Readers ages 4-8 and grades Pre-K – 3 and was very age appropriate for my four year old. This book is the first in a series of Little Elliot picture books with more to follow in 2015 and 2016.
Check out the book trailer here.
Little Elliot Big City can be purchased on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and other book retailers mentioned in link above.
Our household looks forward to future Little Elliot books!
