Road Trip Scavenger Hunt

Have you been on a road trip lately?  How about a scavenger hunt?  Better yet, have you tried doing a scavenger hunt while on a road trip?  This is something I would love to try with my family.  It sounds like a lot of fun.  How does it work exactly?

When I was searching for ideas, I was surprised at how many of them are out there for this type of family-fun activity.  One that caught my attention is pretty simple.  I actually found a road trip scavenger hunt printable over at http://www.freekidscrafts.com/printable-road-trip-scavenger-hunt/.  If you want to keep your kids hands and eyes off of all things technology, this will do the trick.
