Hello, I am Samantha. I am a stay at home mother of two boys. We love to be outside enjoying the different seasons and activities they bring. We love to travel and see new places. I also love and am obsessed with bags.

I was so excited when the opportunity came up to try out the Tartan + Twine Cosmetic Bag. I received the Tartan + Twine black train case to test out. It is a cosmetic case with separate compartments that can be used for travel.

To start, I loved the big double zippers on the outside of the case, double zippers makes it easier to open in my opinion, versus one zipper that goes around the whole thing. The outside fabric was easy to wash, my son tested this out when he got toothpaste on it. It wiped right off. The inside is a lighter blue fabric. I like the lighter fabric because I feel it makes it easier to see what is inside.

There was a nice compartment to hold your brushes with a zipper pouch above it that easily fit all of my eye products, while the bigger section below is very roomy and fit all of my stuff with plenty of space. I wish it would have somehow been divided so that everything did not mix together. This bag easily fit in my day bag and my carry-on suitcase. I would definitely look into this line of products to purchase additional pieces.
