Superfoods. When you hear this word, what do you think of? My mom brain seems to form little capes and masks on the healthiest of foods, but nope, certainly not a reality though it could make a good children’s show to promote healthier eating? 😉 Hmmm, seems familiar though. Yay or nay?
This day and age we underestimate the healing power of foods that God above created for us. It’s easy to just run to the doctor for every little ailment where they prescribe some sort of antibiotic or medicine. Don’t get me wrong! For sure, sometimes this is needed, especially for the big stuff like infections, but even superfoods can combat the nastiest of sicknesses. It’s worth a try before heading to the doctor for the minor stuff. What do you think?

Are you surprised by any of these? I must say that I am an Avocado freak and adore sweet potatoes and Salmon. Each superfood has an amazing benefit from immune boosters to cancer fighting properties. Even if you don’t like the flavor of some of them alone, there are amazing recipes out there which includes the specific superfood, but tastes amazing!
I’m definitely NO dietician or certified expert in this field, but I love doing research on the amazing benefits of what superfoods can do for our overall health so I thought I would make a blog post out of it. Taking steps in this direction may produce amazing noticeable results in our health. You may even find you get more energy!
If natural essential oils are beneficial to our bodies, certainly superfoods are just as awesome for our physical health. It’s definitely worth the extra research to find out the amazing benefits of what each can do. Sure, it may sound like a lot of work and sure it could get pricey, but wouldn’t you rather invest money in that vs. over-the-counter medications? Just my thoughts!! #weallhaveopinions
