The first thing you need to do is try and make the effort to be active with other people. Schedule in time with a friend or even a family member. Do What you Love

If possible, you need to find activities that you love. Don’t think that you have to choose a singular activity and then stick with it. Sample different ones and see what you gel with the most. If you can do this, then you will be able to move on to something else later on. At the end of the day, being active doesn’t have to be a chore, and you are much more likely to stick with something if you are enjoying yourself while doing it.

Set Goals

When you have found something that you love, you then need to set yourself a goal so you can work towards it. It may be that you try swimming and that you try to do a set number of lengths at the pool. Just try and make sure that you keep up with it, so you can make sure that you are continually improving.

Physical Activity

Another thing you need to do is make sure that physical activity is a regular part of your routine. If it is part of your routine, then you may find it difficult to miss it or forget it. Schedule certain days of the week to take part in a sport, or to attend an exercise club. Building activity into your daily routine is one of the best things you can do for yourself, so make sure that you keep this in mind. It’ll help you out a lot in the future.
