 Even though moms such as we are busy running businesses, raising our kids, managing a household, etc., it can become very easy to overlook our overall health and well being.  How about in our kids?  We want to raise healthy kids by being the example.  How can this be achieved?  By including fitness into the mix.  Physical activity is important not only in adults, but in the physical development of our children.
