Combine all ingredients in a large slow cooker.  Cook on high until a boil and then reduce to low.  Simmer on low for 7-12 hours.  Strain liquid.  Discard stock/bones/etc.  Store liquid in jars and freeze.  Makes approximately 4-5 pint jars.

Jars can easily be thawed for soups or recipes that require bone broth or broth.

Recipe for beef is exactly the same except swapping out two beef bones with little meat on.

If you have more or less chickens, increase recipe by 1/2 if you have three chickens or decrease by 1/2 if you only have one chicken. Same can be done for make the beef broth.

Enjoy!  You will love having this broth available in your freezer to make some great recipes.
