RESULTS: My Plexu Slim Journey
As many of you already know, I tried a new weight loss program called Plexus Slim. It’s a natural and healthy way to loose weight without risky side effects. It was intended to help diabetics, but it caught on quickly as it lowers cholesterol and increases energy. Ultimately, it helps you to drop the pounds or inches.
First off, prior to trying this program, I have been dedicated to eating healthy and workout 5 days a week. I was building muscle through weight training and trying to tone out tough areas, especially after having 4 babies and now being in my 30’s. I was still determined to drop a few pounds to really benefit my overall health. It’s been an ongoing struggle and battle.
When I first started Plexus, I was very excited and determined to move forward with it. After 5 days I was honestly frustrated as I wasn’t seeing anything happening. I continued working out and eating healthy all the while consuming the product correctly. It wasn’t until two weeks later I noticed I had dropped a pant size and lost some inches. I roughly lost 7 pounds without losing or burning my muscles. It’s more evident through my waistline than anything else and in my belly. My arms and legs are balancing out nicely and I am currently teetering between a size 6-8 depending on the manufacturer as we all know one size may be different with another brand. That alone can be frustrating as well.
As you can see in the before and after pic above, you can definitely see that I lost inches around my waist. So excited about that!
I am so excited to share this product with you as even if you just need to lose a little weight, it definitely delivers, but you have to be patient and keep track of your goals.
