Are you a fan of flavored waters?  I absolutely love naturally flavored waters, mainly the sparkling kind.  I was recently introduced to Cascade Ice.  It’s sugar, sodium, caffeine, and gluten free!  Can’t beat that, right?  It also contains no sodium!

I got to try: Raspberry Lemonade, Orange Mango, Strawberry Lemonade. and Strawberry Banana.  I am hooked! They are so refreshing and delicious.  It’s hard to believe they are so healthy.  Cascade Ice make a great soda-pop alternative.  My kids love it too!
